Is there a recommended dress code? Be comfortable! This is a professional event, but we want you to feel at ease.
Are meals or refreshments included with my ticket? Yes! The welcome reception on Monday evening, and dinner on Wednesday will be provided, as well as breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Dinner on Tuesday is the only meal for which you're really on your own.
- Is parking available on-site? The Westin only offers valet parking for $60 a night. There is a surface lot for $20 a day, at 203 W Market St, which is a 5 minute walk. There is also a public garage across the street from the hotel for $40 a day, at .
- Is the venue accessible to wheelchairs or those with mobility issues? Yes! There are elevators that will take you anywhere you need to be in the Westin, and the banquet staff will be available during meals to assist if you need support going through any of the buffets.
- Speaking of buffets, why do all the menus lean so heavily vegetarian? River Network is committed to reducing our footprint, and one of the ways we can do that with an event this large is to feature as many plant-based foods as we can. Thanks for supporting this mission with us!
- Can I request special dietary accommodations? We collected dietary needs and allergies in registration, and have shared them with our banquet and catering teams. Everything should be clearly labeled, but if you have any questions or need clarification, please alert River Network staff or any members of our catering teams. We aim for you to be satisfied at every meal!
- Will I have access to session recordings or presentation slides afterward? We aren't recording any sessions to share, but Sched will be available to registrants for 12 months, and you will have access to any documents or links presenters share there.
- Are there hearing assist devices available? We are offering closed captions for all programming. There is a QR code available in every space that will allow you to open closed captions on a web browser, either on a personal device or computer. If a different language than English would be more comfortable for you, you may use this platform to translate the program content as well.
- Are you a nursing mother? We have a private room set aside. Ask for the key at registration, and the room is yours for as long as you need it. There's a fridge in the room that you can use for storage, as well.
- All of the restrooms located on the Ballroom level are gender-neutral for the duration of River Rally. The restrooms located on the Lobby and River levels will remain delegated to specific genders.
