River Rally 2026

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on workshop where YOU will help redesign the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to better serve all Americans. As part of PolicyLink’s Governing for All Agenda, Project Redesign is a bold effort to reimagine federal government agencies that truly serve everyone. In this highly interactive session, we invite water professionals, environmental justice advocates, and community leaders to collaboratively envision what more accountable, responsive, and equitable federal agencies could look like. Through small group discussions, design exercises, and collective brainstorming, participants will shape concrete recommendations identifying transformative policy "Big Moves" to ensure efficient, fair, and people-centered delivery. Bring your experiences, your frustrations, and your hopes for what environmental governance can become.
