River Rally 2026

The Urban Waters Learning Forum is an opportunity for the Urban Waters Learning Network to come together before River Network’s River Rally Conference. Hosted by River Network and Groundwork USA, the Forum is a space where any and all Urban Waters practitioners can build community, share resources, and connect with organizations navigating similar challenges.

Come join the Clean Water for All Coalition for an informal happy hour! Whether you are a member, partner, or just interested in learning more about the Coalition, you’re welcome to join us for some snacks, drinks, and activities to help get to know your fellow coalition members.

Is this your first River Rally? We invite you to the First-Timers Meet & Greet where you'll meet other first-timers and learn from Rally enthusiasts about how to make the most of your time in San Antonio. Bring your questions and curiosity. This group will walk to the Welcome Reception at Texas Public Radio together.

Kick off River Rally 2026 on the bank of San Pedro creek!

Ah Manam Spiritual Group, led by Gloria Camarillo-Vasquez, Tāp Pīlam Coahuiltecan Elder and Spiritual Guide will open and welcome River Rally with a prayer and land acknowledgement to offer blessings.

Remarks by Derek Boese of San Antonio River Authority and the Rally Local Planning Team will shape Rally-goers sense of place as they arrive in Texas Hill Country. 

We will close out the evening with a performance by Kalpulli Texas Quetzalcoatl, offering Mexica Danza to tell traditional ecological stories of the traditional lands and waters of Mexico. You just might get a chance to share some movement!

Food and drink will be provided.
