About me
Sydney Garcia is the Senior Program Associate for the Land Conservation and Water Programs at the Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation. She is a multi-generation Tejana with a deep commitment to the state’s natural resources and communities. Her work at the foundation supports strategic, community-driven solutions that connect to and catalyze larger-scale public investment in water and land initiatives across Texas. She holds a B.S.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from St. Edward's University and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University.
