About me
Ozzy Meneses, AICP, brings over 16 years of experience in infrastructure, environmental justice, and community-driven planning across public, nonprofit, and private sectors. With a background in engineering and planning, he spent eight years at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System and six years in private consulting leading infrastructure projects with a focus on community engagement. He now serves as Director of Community Projects and Partnerships at Groundwork San Diego–Chollas Creek, where he leads climate resilience, blue and green infrastructure, and equitable land reuse initiatives.
