About me
Liz Balladares serves as the Community Stewardship Manager for the NY-NJ Harbor & Estuary Program and Hudson River Foundation where her work focuses on supporting local stewardship and encouraging the use of community knowledge in management decisions. Liz is also the ambassador for the Lower Passaic River Urban Waters Federal Partnership (LPR UWFP) location, where she and partners work to advance cleanup, restoration, and stewardship of the Lower Passaic River and equitable, sustainable development along its banks.
