About me
Diamond is the founder and executive director of Girl Plus Environment, where she inspires women of color to champion climate and environmental justice. Growing up in Detroit shaped her mission to dismantle health, racial, and environmental inequities in communities of color. With over a decade in the sector, Diamond is a two-time TEDx speaker, author, and award-winning activist. Her recognitions include the Yale New Horizons in Conservation Award (2021, 2022), Young Nonprofit Professionals 30 Under 30 (2022), and 40 Under 40 Young Gifted and Green (2023).
