About me
Colleen joined River Network in 2020 and has served as the Urban and Community Forestry Director since 2026, where she supports 30 communities with their Urban and Community Forestry projects. She previously served as River Network’s Healthy Rivers Program Manager, where she trained advocates in the Clean Water Act using River Network’s Clean Water Act Owner’s Manual.
