The Environmental Policy Innovation Center (EPIC) recently launched its Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Funding Tracker, a new resource that analyzes investment decisions at the Intended Use Plan (IUP) stage across 15 focus states. Through state-specific Findings & Recommendations reports and cross-state syntheses, this work provides data-driven insights for policymakers, advocates, and program administrators. It highlights where policy decisions may be misaligned with community need—particularly for small and state-defined disadvantaged communities—and offers recommendations to improve access and strengthen outcomes. Anyone interested in SRF policy will benefit, and attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how to use this new resource to interpret funding patterns, identify gaps, and inform more effective policy decisions.
