River Rally 2026 has ended
Welcome to River Rally 2026
Wednesday May 13, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm CDT
Hear from national and state leaders about the recent changes to the “Waters of the United States” regulation (the “Polluted Waters Rule”), which defines which waters are protected under the Clean Water Act, and how advocates are advancing policy to protect their state’s waters in light of the current federal landscape. You will also learn about tools to help organizations interested in advancing state-level water protections. Finally, we will connect these state advocacy opportunities and reduction in federal regulations to how we can work together to advance meaningful federal policy.
