River Rally 2026 has ended
Welcome to River Rally 2026
Wednesday May 13, 2026 1:30pm - 3:00pm CDT
This session builds upon the tools and information that you learned about in “Learn the Tools of the Clean Water Act” and “Protecting Waters of the United States” sessions to further explore specific Clean Water Act tools. You’ll leave with a deeper knowledge of how to use parts of the Act and local resources to protect your waters. In particular, we will be exploring such tools as clean water funding mechanisms, how to address nonpoint source pollution, Triennial review, and where local ordinance can fill some gaps in federal protections.
