This interactive, participatory workshop—Change Agent Training—is designed for anyone seeking to deepen their role in social and environmental impact, whether new to this work or more experienced. Participants will identify their inherent “superpower” roles within the social change ecosystem and explore how to apply them to their work in the water sector and beyond. Through joy-centered exercises, storytelling, and imagination-based practices, the session equips participants with tools to align their unique strengths with collective efforts for change. By the end, participants will leave with greater clarity on their role, renewed creative energy, and actionable ways to contribute more effectively to the world they want to build.
